Credit packs are sold by Creem, our merchant of record. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you have used no more than 10 credits. To request a refund, email support@cubeget.com from the address you used at checkout.
If you are not happy with how your video looks (for example, it doesn't look like you), contact us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase. No questions asked.
If an image or video fails to generate, the credits are returned automatically, so there is nothing to refund.
When a refund is approved, the license key for that pack is disabled.
